• The Voice of the Business (Mum): When she is not busy being the world’s best grandmother or whipping up a feast in the kitchen, Mum is the heart of our customer service. She handles every enquiry with the kind of care and friendliness you only get from a family business. If you have a question, she is the one making sure you are looked after.
• The Rhythm of the Warehouse (Dad): If you hear a beat coming from the warehouse, it is likely Dad. When he is not drumming away on his kit, he is overseeing our London logistics. He is a true technical veteran with a wealth of hands-on knowledge; what he doesn’t know about tube inserts and glides isn’t worth knowing.
• The Multi-Tasking Specialist (Me): My life is a constant balance of "business" and "busy." When my wife and I aren’t navigating school runs, after-school clubs, and the general whirlwind of our two energetic kids (aged 2 and 5), I am overseeing the day-to-day operations of Keay Vital Parts. Whether I am at my desk managing our web design, speaking directly with customers, or on the mats training as a BJJ Blue Belt, I bring that same focus and discipline to our technical specifications. I ensure that every product we source and every piece of advice we give is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose.
• The "Entrepreneur" (My Brother): While we are a dedicated family team, we do have to mention my older brother. He doesn’t work with us in the business as he’s busy running his own successful company and playing the guitar well enough to rival Eric Clapton!
