Shipping Policy
UK orders over £20 qualify for free shipping.
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, please note this is a Tracked Service but its not a guaranteed time delivery service.
IMPORTANT: If an incorrect shipping address is provided when the order is placed we will not be responsible for the nondelivery of the items nor will we be liable to issue any refunds or send out replacement goods to the correct address.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Our system only allows us to do refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Partial Returns:
For a refund, please return all the items originally included. This means if you purchased a pack of 100, we need all 100pcs back to process a refund. If you are unable to return all items, we reserve the right to do one of the following:
- Return Denied: We may decline your return request if not all items are sent back. In case you'd like them returned, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost, if you are not willing to pay the return shipping cost then the items will be restocked and no refund will be issued.
- Restocking Fee: : If you don't need the remaining items, we may be able to offer a partial refund for the returned portion, minus a 20% restocking fee of the total order value to cover processing costs.

IMPORTANT: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be enclosed in the returned items.
Please note, due to company policy we do not offer a free returns service & we are not able to cover the cost of returns for any reason. The cost of returns must be covered by the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Used items are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges: Unfortunately due to internal system set up we are not able to offer exchanges, the best way to go about this would be to return the items and order the correct items required.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
