Used these to replace some smaller plastic feet on the bottom of a heavy swivel chair base. Now the chair can be moved much more easily on the carpeted floor.

Sliding feet for TV & Stand
These feet are exactly what I wanted. They enable relatively heavy items of furniture (e.g. a TV), to be pulled easily over carpet. Less obtrusive than casters.
