Each adjustable insert features a female-threaded part for secure fitting into your square tube, complemented by a male-threaded part that screws in to customise height. Crafted from high-quality Polyamide plastic, the one-piece outer body with an injected thread ensures superior strength and reliability for a wide range of applications.
These durable square tube end caps are built to support significant static loads:
- 100kg for 20x20mm and 22x22mm tubes.
- 150kg for 25x25mm tubes.
- Up to 300kg for 30x30mm, 35x35mm, 40x40mm, 45x45mm, and 50x50mm square tubes.
Please note: These inserts are engineered for static loads only and are not suitable for dynamic loads or as gliders.
To ensure the correct fit, measure the OUTER dimensions of your square tube. For example, a 30x30mm tube with a wall thickness between 1.5mm and 2mm will fit a 30x30mm insert. These inserts are specifically designed for tubes with a wall thickness of 1.5mm to 2mm.
